Lichfield Cathedral Chamber Choir

is a lively, friendly and committed group of around 35 singers conducted by Martyn Rawles. The choir performs in a range of services, concerts and events both in the Cathedral and more widely. It also sings the liturgy in the Cathedral when the Cathedral Choir is on holiday.

Recently the choir was privileged to sing at the National Memorial Arboretum, for families of Armed Forces personnel whose names have been engraved recently on the Armed Forces Memorial.

The Chamber Choir sang on
BBC Radio 4 on Sunday 28th September.

The service was broadcast live from Lichfield Cathedral.

About Us

During its 40 year history, the activities of Lichfield Cathedral Chamber Choir have included live radio broadcasts, weddings, tours abroad and visiting other cathedrals. 

Become a Member of the Choir

We have the pleasure of rehearsing and performing in the fabulous setting of Lichfield Cathedral. Weekly rehearsals are held there on Monday evenings.
