Lichfield Cathedral Chamber Choir

is a lively, friendly and committed group of around 35 singers conducted by Martyn Rawles. The choir performs in a range of services, concerts and events both in the Cathedral and more widely. It also sings the liturgy in the Cathedral when the Cathedral Choir is on holiday.

What's next?

Come and hear us sing Evensong for the Annunciation on Saturday 25th March

Join us during Holy Week on Tuesday 4th April for the Tenebrae Service and experience the move from light into darkness, the dramatic 'Strepitus' and the restoration of light.

The choir is also taking part in the Good Friday Liturgy on 7th April, and the Easter Vigil on Holy Saturday, 8th April.

Anniversary Concert

About Us

During its 40 year history, the activities of Lichfield Cathedral Chamber Choir have included live radio broadcasts, weddings, tours abroad and visiting other cathedrals.

Become a Member of the Choir

We have the pleasure of rehearsing and performing in the fabulous setting of Lichfield Cathedral. Weekly rehearsals are held there on Monday evenings.
